We had a lovely Easter. I cooked a 7 lb lamb with roasted potatoes, artichokes, a pear and romano salad, and a really delicious white chocolate pineapple torte. Since we aren't religious, we enjoy the pagan roots and use the holiday to celebrate the arrival of Spring, which was ironic because it snowed.

At the library this morning, Andrew discovered train books.

The live music was pretty exciting, but then he was over it.

Roast lamb leg with potatoes. It was sooo good. Tonight I'm using the leftovers for a white bean cassoulet.

My friends were kind enough to use the phrase "show stopper" about my dessert.

A perfect breakfast on a rainy day.

The girl is old enough to make brownies.

These two are adorable.

Me and the boy.

He decided to start potty training, but will only do it at bath time. And usually for Ryan.

Lovies.

Hanging out at the county admin building while Mommom (as he calls me) gets paperwork for the new house.

We like to pose.

My excellent grocery helpers.

One of my favorite pictures of Rory lately. She is doing her own hair these days, and liked the Gibson Girl look.

When I wash his sheets we have to make his bed on the floor.

Fun Spring Break day with a Rory Bird.
